For Non-Technical Issues: Contact the University to Which You Apply
Most questions should be sent to the university to which you apply. Contact information can be found on our site via the four year university information page, the two year college information page or the scholarship information page. You may also send an email to the address displayed in the footer section of your application.
Questions that should be addressed directly to the university include:
- Application ID look-up
- Information regarding financial aid
- Checking the status of your submitted application
- Making changes to your submitted application
- Follow-up documentation
- Any questions or requirements specific to the institution, such as major-related or degree program questions or requirements
- Any question that requires admissions counseling
- Checking the processing of your application fee payment

Technical Issues: Contact the ApplyTexas Help Desk
Technical issues include:
- Error messages that you're not able to get past (try logging out, logging back in and returning to the page you've had difficulty with before contacting the help desk)
- Having difficulties accessing or continuing with your application, including paying your application fee online and submitting your application.
